Continuing the ethos of the founder of the mill, (a sister of charity, mother agnes who provided not just local employment, but education and training including cooking skills) regular cookery demonstrations ‘a taste of Foxford café’ showcase dishes from our menu and give attendees an insight into what goes on behind the doors of the Foxford kitchen every day.

We recognise special dates in the calendar like mother’s day, valentine’s day, nollaig na mban by inviting guests to pre book ‘afternoon tea’ where they will be served a selection of sweet and savoury bites with freshly brewed coffee or tea and the option of chilled prosecco.

Guests also get exclusive discounts and free gifts from local suppliers in our retail store on that day.
