Roasted coffee beans - 500g

Origin: Guatemala 

Location: San Antonio Huehuetenango

Process: Washed

Altitude: 1600 - 1700 M.A.S.L

Varietal: Caturra Catuai Bourbon

When picked, coffee is fermented whole for 24 hours to add some fruit to the profile.

Following this, cherries are wet processed and spread on patios to sun dry for around 48 to 60 hours.

Most varietals grown are Caturra, forming roughly 65% of the crop.
