Christmas Shipping Dates

How much is shipping?

We have Free delivery over €95.00 to Ireland and €150 to UK (Excluding furniture)

Furniture shipping charges are dependent on your order.

France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg €20

Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, & Poland€22

When will I receive my order?

Delivery is normally between 3-5 working days.

Parcels are dispatched with our delivery partner DPD.

Furniture orders will take approx 4-12 weeks depending on item availability.

 

How can I return an item?

You can return unsuitable item(s) within 28 days of receipt of your order.  All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.

Returns will be arranged using the original payment method and all postage or shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.

All returns can be sent to Web Department, Foxford Woollen Mills, Providence Road, Foxford, Co Mayo F26 H9E4.

 

Can I return an online order in store?

Stores cannot refund or exchange online orders.

You can return an item within 28 days of receipt of your order by returning your order securely in its original packaging to :

I have received a faulty/ damaged item?

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or damaged item please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with proof photos to info@fwm.ie

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at info@fwm.ie immediately as once our web team has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.  

 

Gift Cards

  • We have TWO types of giftcards –
  • An Online Giftcard which can be used for foxford.com purchases ONLY
  • An Instore Giftcard which can only be used in our physical Foxford and Westport stores and our Cafe – this excludes ONLINE and ARNOTTS
  • If you purchased an online giftcard before August 2021 – you will need a new code before you can use it again – please contact us on 0949256104 or email info@fwm.ie and we will give you a new code in minutes.
