Ordering

Can I change details on my order?

We are unable to change or amend details once your order confirmation email has been sent.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email customerservice@foxford.com or call 0949256104 immediately as once our web team has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.  

When will I receive my order?

We aim to dispatch the same or the next day from our mill in Co. Mayo and delivery with DPD usually is 2 working days.

Please allow seven business days for personalised item(s).

Please allow extra time for dispatch during any offers, sales or Christmas.

Furniture orders will take 4-12 weeks depending on item availability… average lead time is 6 weeks.

Can I exchange an item?

We are unable to exchange items purchased online.

Can I place my order over the phone?

Yes you can call our team on 094 9256104 and someone can help you with this.

My order is a gift , do you include prices or invoices?

Don't worry, we never include the prices or invoices with our orders.

How much is furniture shipping?

Furniture shipping charges are dependent on your order. We do not ship furniture outside of Ireland

Shipping and Returns

We dispatch same day from our mill in Co. Mayo and delivery with DPD is normally 2 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

We have free delivery for orders over €95 to Ireland and €150 to UK (Excluding furniture & home accessories)

When will my furniture item arrive?

Furniture items will take 4-12 weeks depending on item availability. Average lead time is 6 weeks.

Can I cancel furniture orders?

You have up to 14 days after placing your order to request to cancel your furniture order - after that date the order cannot be cancelled or edited.

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 28 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will endeavour to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.

Returns will be arranged using the original payment method, and all postage or shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. If you have paid by card, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Return the unused and unopened product securely in its original packaging to Web Department, Foxford Woollen Mills, Foxford, Co. Mayo, F26 H9E4.

Personalised items are non-refundable and are not eligible to be returned

We will not complete an exchange or refund on the bed linen that has been opened (for hygiene reasons).

Please keep in mind that in rare circumstances, photographs have difficulty showing exact colours and that a product's actual colour may vary slightly.

I have received a faulty/ damaged item?

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or damaged item please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with photos to customerservice@foxford.com

Do you ship your products internationally?

Most of our products can be shipped but we cannot ship furniture or filled duvets/pillows outside of Ireland.

Can I return an online order in store?

No, our stores are unable to accept online returns. Please return an online order to Web department, Foxford Woollen Mills, Foxford, Co. Mayo, F26 H9E4

Gift Cards

Can I use a gift card online?

An online gift card can be used on our website only.

An In-store gift card can only be used in our physical Foxford and Westport stores and our cafe.

Do your gift cards expire?

No, our gift cards do not expire.

If you received an online gift card before April 2023 you may need a new code before you can use it again. Please contact us on customerservice@foxford.com and we can help you with this.

I used a gift card online but returned my order, how will I get my refund?

If a gift card has been used online a refund will go back onto the original gift card use.

Why won't my online gift card work?

If you purchased an online gift card before April 2023 you may need a new code before you can use it again - please contact us on 0949256104 or email customerservice@foxford.com and we will give you a new code in minutes.

Discount Codes & Offers

How do I use a discount code?

You will need to enter your discount code in the discount box provided at the checkout before your transaction.

Please be aware discount codes will not work against sale items, furniture, cafe, gift cards, or embroidery. We reserve the right to add or omit from this list at any time.

Can discount codes be used in store?

Any discount codes can be used online only, not applicable in-store.  They cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.

Why won't my discount code work?

Any discount codes are applicable to full-priced items only and exclude furniture, embroidery, Michael Collins Throw, Lambswool Baby Blankets and Cafe products. FOXFORD hold the right to change or add to this list at any time.

Only one discount code can be used at any time.

We will not refund any order that fails to use the discount code upon ordering.

The free Embroidery offer applies to standard-sized Throws only and excludes Comfort Throws and Baby Blankets, it cannot be used with other discount codes.

UK Orders

Customs Charges
  • Customs charges will not apply to orders that are under £135/€150 in the UK.
  • Any orders that exceed £135/€150 will incur additional customs charges and VAT in the UK.

Please note that if you return an order to us from the UK, a handling fee will be applied and deducted from any refunds that are due.
