I haven’t received my order confirmation email?

Once your order has been placed with us you should receive your order confirmation email within a few minutes.

If you haven’t received your order confirmation email we would ask that you check your spam folder, the notification may gone into this mailbox.

 

When will I receive my order?

We dispatch same day from our mill in Co. Mayo and delivery is normally between 2-3 working days.

Please allow 7 business days for personalised item(s).

Longer during sales/Black Friday/Christmas

Parcels are dispatched with our delivery partner DPD.

Furniture orders will take 4-12 weeks depending on item availability… average lead time is 6 weeks.

 

How can I return an item?

You can return an item within 28 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. We will endeavour to reimburse you within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods.

Returns will be arranged using the original payment method and all postage or shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account.

Return the unused and unopened product securely in its original packaging to: Web Department, Foxford Woollen Mills, Foxford, Co. Mayo, F26 H9E4

Please be aware there are no exchanges or refunds on embroidered items.

We will not complete an exchange or refund on bedlinen that has been opened (for hygiene reasons).

 

I have received a faulty/ damaged item?

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or damaged item please report it to us within 24 hours of receipt of your order with photos to [email protected]

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please email us or call 0949256104 [email protected] immediately as once our web team has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.  

 

Do you ship your products internationally?

Most of our products can be shipped but we cannot ship furniture or filled duvets/pillows outside of Ireland.

Gift Cards

  • We have TWO types of gift cards –
  • An Online Gift card which can be used for Foxford.com online purchases ONLY
  • An In-store Gift card which can only be used in our physical Foxford and Westport stores and our Cafe – this excludes ONLINE and ARNOTTS
  • If you purchased an online gift card before August 2021you may need a new code before you can use it again – please contact us on 0949256104 or email [email protected] and we will give you a new code in minutes.
  • There are no refunds or exchanges for unwanted E-gift cards/in-store gift cards
  • Any refunded orders paid by gift card will go back to a gift card

Discount Codes

Any discount codes are applicable to full priced items only and excludes furniture, embroidery, Michael Collins Throw, Lambswool Baby Blankets and Cafe products. FOXFORD hold the right to change or add to this list at any time.

Any discount codes are to be used online only. 

They cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.

 

How do I add the Embroidery message to my order?

Simply add the embroidery text into the message/comments section at the checkout.

Please note the max characters for embroidery text is 20 characters
