Christmas 2025 Returns Policy
Foxford Extended Returns Policy (Valid Until January 31st, 2026)
To make your Christmas shopping experience worry-free, Foxford is pleased to offer an extended returns and exchanges period for all purchases made during the festive season.
This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases made between November 1st, 2025, and December 31st, 2025. Items purchased within this timeframe may be returned or exchanged up until January 31st, 2026.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or gift receipt) is required for all returns.
- Sale or clearance items may be eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.
- Gift items can be returned for exchange or store credit if accompanied by a gift receipt.
For online orders:
- Items must be returned to us by post or at a Foxford store by January 31st, 2026.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving your return.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in-store can be returned or exchanged at any Foxford retail location with a valid receipt by January 31st, 2026.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at customerservice@foxford.com. Faulty goods can be returned for a full refund, exchange, or repair, in line with consumer protection legislation.
Gifts
Items purchased as gifts can be returned for an exchange or store credit with proof of purchase or a gift receipt. Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
Important Information for UK & USA Returns
If you're returning an order from the UK or USA, please note that you may be liable to pay customs fees and duties. To ensure a smooth returns process, please contact us before returning your item(s).
If you ordered online, you may exchange/return your item at our Foxford Mill, Westport and Mount Congreve stores. Kindly bring a printed or digital copy of your order confirmation email. Please be aware that you may request a refund for your order. Once inspected, our online team will process the refund Monday through Friday. The store team will not provide refunds for online orders.
For unwanted gifts, we offer an exchange-only service. This service is available on weekdays. We require some details about your order, such as the recipient's name and postal address.
Conveniently, you can manage returns via your preferred DPD pickup point or through any An Post office.
To return your item(s), with DPD please include your order number and follow these instructions:
1. Pack the product carefully in the original box with the original packaging and include your order number.
2. Go to DPD.ie/returns and follow the simple instructions on how to return your item(s). Choose Foxford Woollen Mills as the Retailer.
3. Fill out your details and print off the label, and present the parcel at your local DPD drop-off location.
4. Your parcel will be returned to our web department, and you’ll have full tracking throughout the delivery journey.
To return via An Post, follow these instructions:
- Pack the product carefully in its original box, complete with the original packaging, and include your order number.
- Go to anpost.com/Returns and follow the simple instructions on how to return your item(s). Choose FOXFORD as the Retailer.
If you receive a damaged item, please email photos to customerservice@foxford.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Before assembling the product, carefully inspect it for faults and retain all original packaging. If you notice any issues, please send images to the email address above.
Please note that personalised items cannot be returned, as they are tailored to your requirements.
Our bedding sets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, and flat sheets do not come in packaging but are held together by a string, which should not be removed if a refund is required. The size of each set is marked on the back, so there is no need to open the bedding set to check the size. To be eligible for a refund, the bedding set must not be opened or unfolded, and the string must remain intact, unless a fault is noted upon opening. This is for safety and hygiene reasons.
This includes personal grooming products, hats, and hosiery. Beauty products that contain a security seal can only be returned if the seal has not been tampered with.If you wish to return a gift set, please return all unused and unworn items within the set.
Please handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. If we receive returned goods that have been handled beyond what is reasonably required, you will be liable for the diminished value. In such cases, we may withhold an amount to reflect the reduced value of the goods.
Please note that we are only responsible for an item once it has been received at our warehouse in Foxford. We strongly recommend that you arrange for a tracking number for the parcel. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned items.
Please check the measurements of our products at the bottom of each product page and the dimension image before ordering to ensure they fit your space. For larger items/special orders such as furniture, a restocking charge of up to 30% off the original purchase price may apply. The returned item must not have been used and should be in a perfect, resalable condition, including the original packaging.
