Ingredients
160g butter
160g dark chocolate
240g caster sugar
Pinch of salt
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
5 eggs
120g gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
160g dark chocolate chips
Cheesecake mixture
320g cream cheese
3 egg yolks
120g castor sugar
Method
Melt the dark chocolate and butter
Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl
Whisk cream cheese mix together
Mix dry ingredients and eggs together
Add melted chocolate mix and then add the 2nd chocolate chips
Pour brownie mix into lined tin
Swirl cheesecake mix on top and bake I.e. swiss roll tin 12×8” and 2” high
Bake 160 for 25 minutes
