If you are shipping to an address outside of the EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (if applicable) in your country.
We recommend that you ask local authorities about these duties and clearance fees in advance.
Max shipping weight is 30 kgs, and all prices are inclusive of VAT
Furniture/Accessories delivery
Delivered 4-12 weeks by DPD or FOXFORD delivery
Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays.)
Exclusions
We do not deliver furniture, Jellycat or filled duvets/pillows outside of Ireland.
Delivery times
We usually dispatch within 24 hours (Mon-Thurs)

We ship by courier from our warehouse in County Mayo, Ireland.
All deliveries are made between normal working hours, Monday to Saturday.
We use a courier service (DPD); therefore, we cannot specify an exact delivery time.
Please note: Bad weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in deliveries, so please plan accordingly.
Refusal of delivery
If you refuse the delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and you will be responsible for the fees incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

Payment
The following payment methods are available: visa, visa electron, mastercard, american express, paypal and FOXFORD online gift card.
All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish vat is chargeable on the sale.
